Leveraging 20+ years of Martial Arts experience he draws on influences from Amateur Boxing and Olympic WTF Taekwondo to deliver a fresh, highly technical and dynamic edge to Kickboxing.

Classes with Avinder can be tailored to meet your requirements from controlled and structured sparring, increased flow by linking multiple shots and combinations to highlighting your strengths and weaknesses, particularly around technique. He explains why and how particular moves complement each other and provides invaluable tangible feedback during each session.

He is founder of the successful Team Blue Blood and a Coach for Great Britain (WAKO GB) working with both the Junior/Cadet and Adult Teams. He has an in-depth knowledge of not only the domestic circuits but also the European and World competitions so is perfectly qualified to equip students with the latest strikes and counters that are dominating the Kickboxing scene.

Avinder creates an exciting, passionate and inspirational environment whilst teaching and is more than an instructor, a mentor to many of his students which has yielded impressive results including a WAKO World Champion.
